Yara Garcia s a Certified Neurocycle Strategist, pastor, mentor and psychology major who brings a powerful blend of faith, neuroscience, leadership, and real-life experience to the table.

Originally from Mexico and now living in the United States, Yara carries both cultural depth and spiritual fire into every conversation. As a mother of two adult children, a woman who has walked through loss, healing, ministry, emotional growth, and personal transformation, she speaks with honesty, humor, and a whole lot of heart.

Yara is passionate about helping people manage their minds, heal from the inside out, and ask the deeper “why” behind their thoughts, emotions, choices, and stories.

Yara's background includes over a decade in ministry leadership, extensive experience walking alongside individuals through grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, as well as my own journey through clinical depression and ADHD.

These experiences shape a coaching style that is compassionate, discerning,
and highly practical.
